Restaurant From the 8th until 14nd December Hilton Cyprus will take us on a trip around India in order to explore
the flavors, aromas and authentic recipes at the Fontana Restaurant. During this exciting gastronomic tribute, you will have the chance to
enjoy a variety of dishes which will alternate every day at the buffet of the
Fontana restaurant. Vegetarian
and fasting plates will also be available. The ingredients of each meal are based on five rasas
or flavours: sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy. The main characteristic of
all Indian meals is the inspired use of spices. However, other than spices, the
other main ingredients are milk products like ghee (used as a cooking medium),

The Hilton Cyprus hotel, concluded a Blood Donation Campaign for the children with Mediterranean Blood Disorder (Mesogiaki Anemia), under the supervision of the Blood Donation Unit of Cyprus. The mobile Blood Bank came to the hotel and set-up the Ballroom. The volunteers were welcomed from 11:00 – 13:00 hours, on Tuesday, 21st October, 2014.
Management and Staff of Hilton Cyprus, fully supported this very worthy cause since the blood bank is always making requests for blood donations, as this disorder requires regular blood transfusions. This event is considered to be one of a series of ongoing efforts exerted by the hotel, to contribute to our Corporate social responsibility.
