  The best place to go in Nicosia with a different theme each week helps so it never gets old. Cover usually gets you 2-3 free drinks and access to a great place to dance and listen to great music.

  Very big with 3 bars, a VIP area for international students to mingle, and a huge dance floor. Bartenders are friendly and free alcohol is not hard to come by. Good vibes, people come to dance. Go with people you know, though, or you can get lost in the huge dance floor that tends to fill up with a younger, highschool-esque crowd. Also there is really nowhere to escape and talk but the tiny curb outside--it is loud everywhere.

  The club is big, and the speakers are huge.
  
  It's fun and music sounds great.
  
  VIP section is upstairs and secluded which I liked.
  
  BUT - the crowd reminds me of a highschool crowd... and I like an older crowd so I don't really go here much.

  This place is always a lot of fun. The crowd is young and energetic and the dance floor is always packed. Definitely the place to go if you're a student. If you're looking for a quiet or intimate evening, I would go elsewhere. If you want to drink, dance, and mingle, however, Nuovo is right up your alley. They seem to attract some pretty big names for their shows, too.

  Definitely the place to be on Friday nights. Good dance music. Young crowd. Nice deck upstairs for smokers/those who want some fresh air.

  Nuovo is the place to be on a Friday night if your trying to party hard.For 18 euros you have access to the open bar and 2 floors of fun. I've gone three times since I've been in Nicosia and each night has been a lot of fun/ The bartenders are really entertaining and between the good music from the DJ's and the crowd control/encouragement from the MC there is no way to not have a good time. They often include the audience in the festivities of the night and welcome patrons dancing on the stage. The prizes for the contests are pretty good too! For Green Monday they gave away a free trip to Athens to the person with the best costume. I won a bottle of Absolut the night I went because I won a dance contest. Drastic difference in coolness but still a prize nonetheless.
  
  Overall, Nuovo is the premier spot to be every Friday night.

  Pros:The DJ plays a great variety of music similar to what yo hear in American clubs. The MC is good too.

  Cons:If partying with 15yr olds is your cup of tea then Nuovo is the place to be.
