Student accommodation is cheap and widely available in North Cyprus. The University of Cyprus operates a group of student dormitories (210 bed spaces) on the newly established campus. Due to a small number of bed spaces available on campus, the Housing Office maintains a list of houses and flats for rent, including names of students who require roommates. This list is available at the beginning of each academic year. Housing accommodation is cheap and is available in several locations throughout Cyprus. The campus dormitory students live in double rooms and they have access to a balcony.

Each room is furnished with fitted wardrobes, desks, and fitted carpets, including telephone, toilet, and a shower. Hot water is constantly avaliable and students will be provided with a pillow, quilt cover set and a blanket. On each floor, students are accomodated with a small kitchen and washing machine to help with their needs. The rooms are spacious enough for students to study. Also, there are large study rooms on each floor. TV rooms are available at many dormitories. Because of the dormitory is in the citycentre students have easy access to groceries,restaurants and barbers. They can also visit the beach on the coast.
