The Turkish Fortress
The fort, also known as the medieval museum, is situated on
the Larnaca seafront and believed to have been built in 1625.
Its first use was as a prison in the years of British rule.
It is now a small archaeological museum which houses medieval
articles and finds from Kition and the Hala Sultan Tekke excavations.
