Larnaca

Larnaca is full of history and with many places to visit including The Turkish Fort which is situated on the Larnaca seafront and is believed to have been built in 1625.

In the old town of Larnaca you can inspect the Lazarus church with traces dating back to the 900s.

The Pierides Museum is a collection of precious folkloric and archaeological artifacts which has been assembled over five generations of the Pierides family.

The Hala Sultan Tekke is an Islamic shrine, unusual in that it is dedicated to a woman, built between 1760 and 1796.
