Damianos opened as a 'fruit and vegetable market' but in reality they are pretty much a full-scale smallish supermarket --- though with a large emphasis on fruits / vegetables.

There was nothing really like this in the area, so this has turned out to be a huge convenience.

Prices are slightly higher than the big supermarkets but the convenience factor more than makes up for it.

And, yes, the staff is in fact quite friendly
