I visited the Spa last week to get a wax and the staff was very accommodating despite my lack of appointment. They managed to squeeze me in and i was very pleased with the customer service. The waxing room was extremely clean and the waxing technician was gentle. They use a special wax that does not require paper so it made the experience less painful than the usual waxing experience. I recommend it to anyone who would like a soothing waxing experience.
Pros:Clean Facility, Good Customer Service, Affordable prices.
Cons:I'm not sure if she changes the wax between customers
