Pigeons are carriers of over 40 diseases (Trichomona, Yersinia, Salmonella, Candida, Taenia, encephalitis, meningitis, Newcastle etc.) which can infect both humans and domestic pests. Each pigeon can produce approximately 12 kg excrement each year where the cockroaches and other insects have a perfect habitat. Each pair of pigeons laid 2 eggs every two months! These means that one pair of pigeons can have 12 fledglings in one year! And the young chicks are ready for the first flight in the 28th day of life!In the houses where the pigeons are nesting the pigeon pest control is not a option! For pigeon pest control isn’t “a best solution” because is almost impossible to stop them. A regular cleaning, setup spikes and netting are effective in most of the cases. Unfortunately other solutions like ultrasound or plastic raptors (snakes, cats, falcon etc.) are effective temporary, until the pigeon are get used whit them.
