  Cheap quality on the toys side, inexistant customer service (they proposed me to return myself the broken and dangerous toy to the manufacturer in China, and in very bad manners), even my kids don't want to purchase anything anymore there, and I am thinking of excluding them as supplier on my next invitations to my kids birthday party... (since nothing is exchangeable or refundable IN FACTS).
  The only acceptable things are for decoration (few) and some very few items which come cheap and woth it if not easily breakable (car booster for example).
  But to be forgotten for toys, definitly !

  Pros:Choice, if you like cheap quality. Some school and party items are ok.

  My kids love it, but, to be completely honest, I can’t stand it! It’s always crowded to overcrowded, there is no service, you can’t move around with either a stroller or a cart, and ok, they do carry some good items of Fischer Price for example, but other than that the quality of their products is questionable and unreliable.
  And even if this is not directly related I have to say it: Although they have plenty of handicapped parking spaces, as they should, they are Always full, and almost Always None of those cars carries a handicapped sign...

  If you keep away from some of the questionable "cheap" toys then this is a pretty good toy store with a huge selection of goods.
  
  Their main fault is that they fill the ailes with things and that makes it one way which can be very annoying.

  Pros:Variety, prices

  Cons:Crowded aisles

  For such a great toy store and kids paradise, it is a shame that most of the times you purchase an item from Jumbo, you take it home and it does not work! Customer service is not great either and if you try to replace something that it doesn't work, is not that easy either! So I wouldn't recommend Jumbo if you are trying to buy good quality toys, but instead low price of questionable quality.
