Chef Sam Peong and his team of specialty chefs carefully devised a menu, which is sure to please even the most sophisticated of pallets. The team of includes many specialty chefs from Malaysia, Singapore and China, including a Dim Sum Chef who with over 30 years of experience, brings the art of dim sum to Cyprus and a specialized chef to make fresh noodles. Chef Sam Peong working in London for many years has knowledge of how to use Chinese authentic ingredients with a European twist.
