A new fine dining restaurant in the heart of old Limassol. Mediterranean dishes from 12 countries of the region prepared by Chef Patrick Dwyer! Wild mussels from Greece, Spanish gazpacho, Cyprus Marinated olives and Lebanese rack of lamb, not to mention the home made desserts - come and enjoy our fabulous food, prepared in an open view kitchen. A 200 square meter inner garden with outdoor seating makes our restaurant a cozy and relaxing place even in the hottest summer days. The team of includes many specialty chefs from Malaysia, Singapore and China, including a Dim Sum Chef who with over 30 years of experience, brings the art of dim sum to Cyprus and a specialized chef to make fresh noodles. Chef Sam Peong working in London for many years has knowledge of how to use Chinese authentic ingredients with a European twist.

After 3 years of successful operation our Vivaldi restaurant won a 'Time Out' Award in 2009 for the category 'Best Hotel restaurant.The restaurant offers the best in fresh wholesome, modern Italian cuisine. The prolific use of wood gives this restaurant a unique warmth and ambience. The large marble fireplace framed by an amber glow, even when it is not lit, is the central focus point of the room and this is further accentuated by a trio of illuminated wine racks on one side and an original artwork of abstract roses on the other. The use of colour has been paramount in creating the desired ambience and this is abundantly apparent, from the coloured show plates on the tables, to the rich deep red curtains, the brightly coloured paintings and the expert use of discreet backlighting, even through to the presentation of the food itself standing in beautiful contrast against the exquisite pure white palette of the crockery it arrives on! The Vivaldi also offers a private dining room which can accommodate up to 16 persons, perfect for that special VIP or celebration dinner!
