I was given a gift voucher for a lesson and, having not picked up a tennis racket in 20 years, I was shoe-horned into having a go! Sacha re-introduced me to tennis gently and patiently, and I am thrilled with the progress I have made. She knows so much more about tennis than my teachers ever did way back then. Sacha immediately picks up on your good and bad points, and focuses on each individually to bring them in to synch. Every session is a great deal of fun and great exercise: I thank her very much.

My Friends and I, a group of 5 ladies had a very enjoyable holiday in Cyprus in October 2011.Our holiday was enhanced considerably by our daily 2 hour Tennis coaching sessions with Sacha Appleton. Our group was of mixed tennis ability and Sacha managed to cater for all our coaching needs, giving us help and guidance with our individual games, many helpful tips we hadn't heard before (This was our 8th Tennis Coaching Holiday)with a mini tournament at the end. I personally enjoyed myself and I think it is safe to say, so did my friends. Many thanks Sacha, we just need to put it all in practice
