  I bought my apartment from Tsentas in 2003, right before the real-estate pricing boom. Looking back, it was one of the best investments I have ever made in my life, with the added bonus of actually living in it.
  
  When they say luxury apartments, they do actually mean it, with the entire building looking very modern and stylish, with high-end finishes and hi-tech components, like video-phone capability and electronically coded main entrance.
  
  The interior of the apartment came with high-quality standard fixtures in the price and they were very flexible in the customization that I needed to make. Even after the deeds came out, the company remained involved and was available to tackle any issues that came up.
  
  The best part of it is that now the property is worth probably 4 times as much as I bought it. This developer is highly recommended both in terms of investment as well as quality and value for money.
