    This is a great place for super-cheap, super-trendy items. You can get sweaters, activewear, cotton basics like tees and leggings, and all sorts of accessories, hosiery, and footwear.Great for the disposable portion of your wardrobe.The staff is friendly and helpful.

    The shop is small, but carries most of the items you would expect. My experiences here are always different - sometimes the staff is super-helpful and friendly, sometimes they are really pushy, and other times they let you browse around and don't bother you at all. Regardless, I still go.They have a discount card that you can sign up for. They often have promotional free gifts with a certain euro amount purchase, and sometimes they will give you free samples if you are nice :)The prices are great for toiletries and various beauty tools. Their makeup is fun and reasonably-priced as well

    The store is tiny, but they have most of the popular fragrance and makeup brands. They even carry the Chanel subsidiary Bourjois!The staff are friendly and they have a bonus card that you should sign up for to obtain discounts.

    Toi & Moi is a popular Greek brand of women's clothing. Their items are usually super-trendy, but cater to the mid-20s to mid-30s crowd. They have everything from casual to dressy items. The store has 2 floors, and usually has great sales. Prices are average.They are located on a side-street to Makariou, so you might not notice it at first. It also looks so dark from the outside that you may think it's closed when it's actually open.

    Zara is always a consistent experience. This store has 3 floors, a good selection of woman, TRF, and menswear. There are lots of staff members and they are generally willing to check on items that may not be on the floor for you.

    This store has a pretty good selection of comfy loungewear, house shoes and lingerie; they are great for robes. Most items have some silkscreened cartoon character on them, although there are some plain items as well.

    Great shop for cotton basics (tees, leggings, camis) and trendier items, including footwear and other accessories. The staff is always grumpy so don't ask any questions and try not to get offended when they scowl at you when you want to try something on!The selection is good on both floors for women, and they have menswear upstairs as well.This store caters to a younger demographic.

    This is a cool shop to get trendy, well-priced basics and "of the moment" women's clothing, shoes and accessories.The staff is friendly and the store always smells of gardenias - which must be some trick to make you want to shop more :)

    On a weekend, the door set-up outside is quite impressive - red carpet, velvet rope, tall blonde with a list, and bouncer-types. You expect to enter a velvet-clothed, warm and cozy champagne lounge, but instead, descend into what looks like a converted restaurant from a touristy part of the country. The musical selections being played had no rhyme or reason to them. The only interesting thing about the "club" is the aquarium with the shark, which will keep your attention for a few minutes.They should work on matching the interior with the exterior.

    Do not expect the Jackson Hall of Athens as this is a much more stripped-down, clean-lined restaurant/bar. However, they have a great glass-enclosed deck for both the bar and the dinner tables, and you can watch the noisy traffic of Spyroy Kyprianoy speed by while dining.The service is friendly. The location is optimal.

    This brasserie has a great, extremely cozy atmosphere, with seating on two storeys and outside. I tried frog legs for the first time ever, and they were smothered in a delicious olive oil/garlic sauce and were extremely tasty.While my sirloin with sauce au poivre was good, it was not as satisfying as the mussels in white wine sauce that I also sampled. Next time, I will be getting the mussels and frites.For dessert, get the creme brulee, which is bruleed at your table!This seems like a great place for a gathering, or for a date, and it is conducive to a long, leisurely meal.     Nice mid-range Italian shoe shop for men and women. Speaking for the women's shoes, they have a great trendy selection of comfortable, stylish leather shoes. The prices are reasonable and the service is good. Make sure to ask for a loyalty card, as you can get a nice discount for frequent purchases.

    Staffed by friendly people, this small kiosk has just about anything you could need on the go. There's a small indentation in the road right in front of it, so it's conveniently accessed by car.

    The chicken and pork kalamakia are a good, quick option if you don't feel like a hamburger or fried chicken (i.e., from the McDonald's or KFC, also in the food court). They have salad on a skewer as well, which is an interesting presentation. I've eaten at the Nterlicious in Athens, and the souvlaki really tastes like it just came off the grill there - it's extremely delicious. The version in this food court is OK.

    The food was fantastic. I tried the Marinated Chicken with Lemongrass and Black Pepper, the Tom Yum Goong soup, and the Red Beef Curry. The Marinated Chicken is absolutely delicious - this order could definitely be for two since they give you two chicken breasts with cucumber and tomato. The soup was spicy and lemony, just like it should be - it will clear out your sinuses from the first spoonful! The curry is not for the calorie-conscious, but tasty.Thai Etc. is a tiny, very neat, nicely laid-out restaurant (mainly for take-away or delivery). From the front desk, you can see through a

    Prosilion has a very nice dinner and dessert buffet. Both indoor and outdoor seating are welcoming and elegant. This is a great option for large groups. The cuisine of the buffet is varied and so there are options for everyone. The dessert buffet includes yummy things like maxalepi and cheesecake.

    If you love Papaphilippou, you will be vastly underwhelmed by Heracles' Ice Cream. They manage to get about a quarter of the flavour impact of P&P into their ice-cream, and you find yourself struggling to identify the flavour - it's like you can almost taste it. It does have a great location, and stays open much later than anything else on Ledras, and has a play place for the kids.
