  Way more financially friendly than taking a meter taxi, Travel Express saved me a ton of money the last time I made a journey to Larnaca. I have only taken it once, but paying 11euro instead of 50euro made me feel way more comfortable. The driver was on time and the ride in went smoothly. Be sure to call the taxi a day in advance and ask to be picked up at least 3 hours before boarding time if your heading to the airport because the driver picks up other people along the way. My only issue was that the operator told me the last pick-up in Engomi was at 6 o' clock but my school mates were picke

  I have only been to two Wagamama's in my life but I must say the Cypriot branch is far superior to the one i visited in London. I say this because the Wagamama in Lefkosia has a variety of seating arrangements in comparison to it's British sister. Depending on how you feel, you can sit at the picnic bench style tables, traditional booths, regular rectangular restaurant tables and you can even sit outside on the deck (which is open rain or shine)! The service was excellent when I went but it was a slow Friday afternoon so naturally the servers did not have a difficult time catering to me and th

  Of the two Top Shops in Lefkosia, this one is by far my favorite. The store on Ledras is slightly bigger but this one has the better selection of clothing. With outfit selections ranging from beach wear to formal, it's nearly impossible to leave without making the perfect purchase. Aside from clothing, the shoes and accessories sections are also customer captivating. Though the items are a bit pricey, students are given a 10% discount on all items unless there on sale. If your not in school and you still want the discount, just have a student go to the register for you. Just don't tell the man

  Coffee Beanery is the perfect place to go if your looking for a spot to hang out while enjoying some tasty treats. The seating arrangements on the deck as well as on the lawn are very inviting on warm sunny days. With some good conversation and something to munch on I can easily imagine spending hours soaking up the atmosphere. There are speakers piping the latest music from all over the world so if you'd prefer not to talk your ears will still be entertained.   You definitely get your moneys worth while staying at Akteon Tourist Village. My friends and I enjoyed a 3 day 2 night all inclusive stay for the reasonable price of 232 Euro (58 per person). The All Inclusive package included 3 meals per day and unlimited drinks at the bar. Not bad! The hotel is located off the tourist circuit so I recommend the all inclusive package because it's a hassle to get downtown to the restaurants if you have an urgent need for food. There are mini kitchens in the room for the guests that prefer to cook for themselves but who REALLY wants to cook on vacation? Not me.

  I visited the Spa last week to get a wax and the staff was very accommodating despite my lack of appointment. They managed to squeeze me in and i was very pleased with the customer service. The waxing room was extremely clean and the waxing technician was gentle. They use a special wax that does not require paper so it made the experience less painful than the usual waxing experience. I recommend it to anyone who would like a soothing waxing experience.

  Nuovo is the place to be on a Friday night if your trying to party hard.For 18 euros you have access to the open bar and 2 floors of fun. I've gone three times since I've been in Nicosia and each night has been a lot of fun/ The bartenders are really entertaining and between the good music from the DJ's and the crowd control/encouragement from the MC there is no way to not have a good time. They often include the audience in the festivities of the night and welcome patrons dancing on the stage. The prizes for the contests are pretty good too!
