  They are always on time and have fast service. Make sure to agree on fair price before they pick you up so they do not add more euros than expected.

  Cons:Sometimes the worker will try to charge more than normal.

  They are very good. Literally like one minute after I called - they were in front of my apartment building.
  
  The guy kept stopping at random places though, which made our trip cost more... he didn't know where he was going so he just randomly stopped a places with the price still running!
  
  Anyways, yeah, they are very fast.

  VIPs is by far the most responsive taxi service I have ever seen, period. My experience with them is the following: Call and order the taxi - Put your coat on - Get your keys - Turn off the lights - Lock the door - Get in the taxi. I am not exaggerating.
  
  It obviously has a lot to do with the fact that they have lots of taxis in Lefkosia and they have posts at strategic points in town such as Fashion Market in Strovolos, Intercollege in Egkomi, their office in the center, etc. This allows them to respond very quickly to calls wherever you are calling from.
  
  In my experience, a taxi will pick me up an average of 5 minutes after I call it with the occasional case where the taxi driver actually gets there faster than I can come down and calls me.
  
  As with all taxi services, driver personalities range and so does the overall in-taxi experience, but that is to be expected. Do not expect limo-caliber service, but the overwhelming majority of the drivers working for VIPs are very pleasant, friendly and polite. I have never had a negative experience.
  
  If you are looking for fast and reliable taxi service within Lefkosia this is the place to call.
