    My review

Indeed a very good place to spend some time for quality food. We went there for lunch with some friends and the atmosphere was great, service was good and food was delicious. Their burgers are juicy with several choices and they are enjoyable! I reccomend it so that you can try it out! Prices are on the high-end but I think in some extend it worths it.

    Quality of food, atmosphere

There are burgers, good burgers and then there's Artisan's Burgerbar and boy what a difference there is.

I found myself on Stasandrou Street inbetween meetings and thought I would pop in and try this place.

I love blue cheese and tried the blue cheese burger.
I also like my beef blue to rare.

What came to my table was a perfectly cooked burger that tasted perfect. I don't know what they put in their burgers apart from the Angus Beef they advertise, but whatever it was it was delicious.

It was a big burger and with the accompanying chips was a good sized meal.

You pay for what you get - a quality beef burger and you can taste where your pennys go.

One other point - it was nice to be able to order in and speak Greek to the person serving me instead of having to know a Eastern European language or broken English. More restaurants should learn by this example.

If you like burgers then try Artisan's - you will not be disappointed.

    food quality, atmosphere, service

I've been waiting for something like this for a while and I am glad that it arrived in this fashion because I love burgers (I even get frequent burger cravings).

A burger is a simple thing and if you get the basics right (i.e. the beef), then there's a million things you can do to bring it to the next level. Fortunately for Nicosians, Artisan's does it right. The patty is 100% top quality beef (not too many spices in it or other stuff) so you can really taste the meat and it is huge.

I've tried to squeeze out of the owner the proportions of different beef cuts that they use but to no avail, it's a well-kept secret :) Your burger will also be cooked just the way you want it (one of the very few places in town right now that asks you how you want your burger cooked). You get a choice of 3 types of buns.

I've so far tried 3 burgers and my favorite is the #2, with crispy bacon and spicy barbecue sauce, even though the #9 with the portobello mushroom with wild mushroom sauce is a close second. I plan to try them all.

The atmosphere is pretty casual and pleasant and the service is really good. I do look forward to seeing more beers in the selection but the ones already there are great.

They will also soon start delivering too. The prices are very reasonable. A burger and side should set you back between €10-€12 and when you consider what you're getting in terms of the amount of meat in the burger and the quality ingredients it is a great value for money.
