My review
For those who like to step off the beaten shopping path, discover Carpe Diem, a gem in down town Nicosia. Dig through the baskets and sort through the racks and you will find the curious, the pretty, the impressive. The bijou comes with a sense of humour and the clothing is one of a kind: from funky T-shirts to couture-looking dresses to alternative handbags. Yet nothing is too avant garde to be wearable. The prices go high, but the Xmas/summer sales are satisfying. Avoid shopping here for bare necessities like tank tops. It's all about the bolder pieces. And expect to be asked, "Where did you it from?"
