The new addition to Uptown Square, Chi Lounge opened its doors in August of this year. The idea to create a truly unforgettable oriental experience has been a 2 year process. By paying great attention to detail, from design and construction, to choosing the ideal garnishes for our exquisite dishes, they have created an altogether new dining experience.
Chef Sam Peong and his team of specialty chefs carefully devised a menu, which is sure to please even the most sophisticated of pallets. The team of includes many specialty chefs from Malaysia, Singapore and China, including a Dim Sum Chef who with over 30 years of experience, brings the art of dim sum to Cyprus and a specialized chef to make fresh noodles. Chef Sam Peong working in London for many years has knowledge of how to use Chinese authentic ingredients with a European twist.
