Eating Well is a small health-food restaurant at the end of Prodromou avenue near the intersection with Griva Digeni Avenue.

It serves gourmet healthy meals with quite an extensive choice of menu items. All dishes are prepared using fresh ingredients and cooked with healthy techniques (no frying, etc.).

It has an every-day menu as well as a menu for each day of the week. All meals have been designed by a chef and a dietician (who also owns and manages the restaurant) and care calorie-counted (calories will also appear next to each meal on the menu).

It is a great and extremely affordable option for office delvery or take-away and for a quick healthy breakfast, lunch or snack.

    very tasty, very healthy

    Most of us, when we hear the term "healthy food", we think of boring and tasteless meals in very small portions.
    However, Eating Well is in a different league.

    Yes,it is healthy but the portions are good and very tasty indeed. I had to order the Cypriot salad not because I was patriotic but because it sounded very strange,When I read about a salad which consists of Halloumi and dried figs with mixed greens in a honey mustard dressing, I had to try it.......it was wonderful.

    Eating well is a great option for lunch and they deliver to your office which is very handy. It costs about Euros 10 per person which includes a drink.

    Gourmet good quality health food, calorie indications

    Highly recommended for lunch at the office!

    Before I found out about this place I would either order souvlakia, a burger or sandwich or the occasional salad at the office and in most cases I'd feel guilty about it, partly because I would spend money and partly because I would eat unhealthy. And really, how many times can you eat salad in a week.

    Along comes Eating Well (very appropriately named). Their menu has a large variety of healthy meals, from salads to pastas to chicken, the even have a healthy burger. Their recipes are also quite creative, like their chicken with honey and mint sauce and I can guarantee you that you'll find something there to your liking.

    My highlights are the Cypriot Salad (mixed greens, halloumi, dried fig, mushroom, honey mustard sauce), the chicken dish I mentioned above and their 150-calorie cheesecake (seriously).

    Their delivery service could be a bit quicker but overall this is great option for delivery lunch.
