Elia Bridge is a another medieval Venetian bridge crossing the Dhiarizos river in the mountains of Paphos.

It is located 4 km south of Kaminaria village. This one arch stone bridge has 5.5 m span and 2.7 m width.

During the Cyprus' Venetian Period (1489–1571) copper mined in mountains was traded with Egypt for silk and gold.

The demand for quality trading routes resulted in construction of dozens stone bridges in mountains, used for camel trails connecting distant mines in Troodos Mountains with the islands ports.

    Craftsmanship

Another beautiful example of a single arch venetian bridge that has stood for over 500 years.
