Good food and friendly atmosphere
I Gonia tou Anastasi is a great little restaurant/tavern in Tseri, Nicosia located just behind the old church.
The main food is a traditional Cypriot meze, but they also do delivery and takeaway for things like souvlakia, etc.
The food is pretty good - it has always been fresh every time I have been there and there is always enough to leave you full, but not bursting at the seams.
In the summer the outside courtyard is used and its a great atmosphere as well.
Overall, a lovely little tavern that is well worth trying out.
