Great screens, great sound
Always enjoyable to watch a movie here. I just wish the seats were a bit farther from the screen as in some high-action movies it is a bit annoying to have to scan left and right.
Also, it's a bit chaotic right before you enter the screens as the concept of waiting in line is unknown to most Cypriots. I think seat allocation could work better in this case, but then who can trust that anyone would sit in their seat anyway.
Still, the overall experience is great and it remains one of my favorite movie theaters in Nicosia.
friendly staff, comfortable seating, quality of film and sound level
K Cineplex is a popular theater among Nicosia. It plays new releases, including 3D. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. Each of the employees were friendly and helpful. K Cineplex also has an extensive smoothie stand. This was refreshing from the normal "popcorn and soda." The cost of a movie is average. I went on a Friday night and it was 7.50 euros. It was worth the cost for the theater was clean and the seats were comfortable. There was no problem with sound or picture. The only complaint I had was with the bathroom. It was very small and the woman's line was toppling out the door.
