excellent food, fast service, good prices, nice atmosphere

If you like tex-mex cuisine and happen to be in Ayia Napa in summertime, it's an absolute must!

I usually order guacamole and chicken fajitas, but heard that other dishes are excellent too. My meal is typically accompanied with a jar of their strawberry margarita, yummy :)

It is so popular that you might be able to get a table on the weekend if you don't reserve way in advance.

    Highly recommended.

    Fun, cheerful, tasty, semi-drunken Tex-Mex

The most popular tex-mex restaurant in Ayia Napa (possibly Cyprus?), Los Bandidos is *packed* all summer long with the Nicosia-ites on vacation in Ayia Napa.If you take the USA as the benchmark here, since Tex-Mex is really American cuisine, many Tex-Mex or Mexican attempts in Cyprus (or Europe more generally) range from mediocre to catastrophically bad. Los Bandidos has somehow escaped this fate and delivers tasty Tex-Mex in a loud, upbeat, "we are all on vacation...and possibly at a bachelorette party," 70% Cypriot, 30% tourist environment.Go there with a group. It is a tasty meal and their frozen margaritas will go down fast and lift your spirits.Verdict: Good fun in the summer; One of the better restaurants in Ayia Napa.

Good food, atmosphere, very good service

Simply a delight! I just love going back to Los Bandidos and it may have something to do with the summer and Ayia Napa, but on the other hand it may just be the great food and atmosphere.

Generous portions, freshly made food and friendly service are a great recipe for fun and I always find myself in groups of six or more eating here. It just caters itself to that.

My favorite is the chicken chimichanga, hot of course. Spicy with a hint of sweetness, plus the usual tex-mex sides of rice, sweetcorn and refried beans. I usually have Coronas, but the ladies will tell you that you have to try the frozen strawberry margaritas. They serve them by the glass or you can order caraffes and they are a bit overpriced in my opinion. Still you will quickly find yourself going through a handful of caraffes in a matter of a couple of hours, as they are highly addictive.

I have lived in the US and had my fair share of Tex-Mex and I can verify that this place measures up to any decent tex-mex restaurant. Combine that with the festive ambiance, friendly staff and the general vacation feeling and you can't go wrong.
