Coffee and snack selection, location, lounging couches
I went to Mastrantonio to check it out on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very busy which was strange as the surrounding cafes were packed.
Mastrantonio is a nice cafe, with a great selection of coffees, smoothies and other drinks. They also offer sandwiches, salads and cakes, as well as an assortment of gelato flavors that looked delicious.
I enjoyed sitting outside and found their deep couches a refreshing change from the usual rattan furniture. You can really lounge on those things.
The service was ok, but Mastrantonio is a self-service cafe anyway. It did take us a bit to figure that out and found it a bit weird that one of the baristas was watering the plants next to us for 5 minutes and didn't point that out to us.
Anyway, I only had a coffee which was good and plan to try a sandwich and gelato next time.
