Excellent service
After purchasing a computer from here, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of after-sales-service that was given.
When the computer had a problem (out of warranty) the service was quick (less than 24 hours) and the cost very reasonable. They were also very helpful with some problems that we were having with some software.
Purchasing a computer is easy - giving good aftersales support is not, but Metaxas Compuplanet shows how it should be done.
