My review
The buffet at Prosilion is very good and the quality is consistent. I've eaten here numerous times and wasn't disappointed. There are many options, with chicken and pork souvla, ribs and salads being my favorites. The pasta unfortunately is not al-dente and I mostly avoid it. The desserts are also great, with Lebanese mahalepi always in the options and delicious.
The service is really good and the atmosphere in the restaurant very pleasant. Sometimes in the evenings there is live guitar and singing. I wouldn't call the price a real bargain but reasonable for what you get, especially if you eat enough to make it count.

Prosilion has a very nice dinner and dessert buffet. Both indoor and outdoor seating are welcoming and elegant. This is a great option for large groups. The cuisine of the buffet is varied and so there are options for everyone. The dessert buffet includes yummy things like maxalepi and cheesecake.
