It should be noticed that the establishment is a very traditional one, in more ways than appearance. It is an old building of stone and wood. The two dining rooms are decorated with antiques and items from the old household of rural Cyprus. The garden is very pleasant with flowers and herbs growing all around it.

Really traditional place) And very tasty)
Never the same, but always excellent food.
There are times when you want to try something a little, different, and 7 St. George's Tavern is one of them.
It is probably the best non-grill meze that you will you find on the island.
Once seated, George or one of his sons will introduce you to the way the food is served - it doesn't stop until you say so. Once they bring the initial items, they will continue to bring you plates of food until you raise your hands up in surrender - believe me, you will.
The dishes vary each time, but there are treats such as pork with plums, spinach rice and many more.
George has a lot of organic items on the menu, a lot of which he makes himself such as the wine, olive oil, tsamarella, etc., and the glorious bread as well that comes to your table straight from the oven.
A word of warning - SAVE SOME ROOM for the delicious desserts that George has - bread and butter pudding, chocolate pudding with cream, lemon sponge with sauce and others too.
I have been many times to 7 St. Georges and have never eaten the same meze twice.
If you are looking for something different, then this is a place to try.
