In 1997, SPECTUS Co Ltd, Merchants of Fine Wines & Spirits, pioneered with the establishment of the Product Knowledge Educational Centre in conjuction with the company "G. Hadjikyriakos Oenos & Pneuma Ltd" with the goal to promote, provide and develop high quality education and training in wines and spirits for the interested consumer and to enhance the overall wine culture and art of living in Cyprus.

To achieve this, using the collective knowledge accumulated over many years of trading in some of the best professional training centres of the world, but also earning many international awards and recognitions, we design courses, provide instruction and learning materials that will make every amateur wine enthusiast and interested individual more confident in understanding and enjoying fine wines and spirits in a relaxed and fun environment.
