    Fresh food, well presented, tasty

I had heard a lot about this place and decided to visit a couple of weeks ago.

I have to say that the hype was better than the experience.

Service - poor with the waiters more interested in talking to themselves instead of looking after the customers, of which there were only 3 tables that night.

Food - fresh, but the sushi from the buffer all had a sauce over it, maybe from mayonnaise, that made them all taste the same. The sashimi was fresh and beautifully presented. The hot food in the buffet was nice.

All in all, it wasn't bad, but the thing that really let the restaurant down was the service.

    fresh sashimi, atmosphere

Sushi La currently offers the best sushi in the capital. The sashimi is always fresh and really tasty. Try new style hamachi, unagi and salmon sashimi and you will certainly agree with me that this is a place worth visiting. Not too often though, because fresh sushi comes at a good cost.

Recomendations: Sushi La salad, new style hamachi, salmon sashimi, unagi sashimi, yammy salmon and volcano maki.

The sushi, which I did not try, did look good (despite the small portions)

The Sushi La Bar was unimpressive in my lone visit to the restaurant. I went on a Monday evening (11 p.m.) and ordered the chicken teriyaki salad. It was way too spicy, and very small for 9 euros to boot. It is expensive. It is dark with loud, offbeat music blaring. The whole experience seemed weird to me and I will not be back again.

    good sushi

I went to this place once on a Friday evening with couple of friends. We ordered some sushi and found it fresh and tasty, however, the place itself did not make a good impression on us.

We could not understand the concept of a restaurant/bar/club in one, it was dark, the music was loud, we could barely see our food and hear each other. Moreover, there were cleaning after a kids' birthday party (Friday 9 pm!).
